This evaluation below will contain the Top 3 at all positions. Probably throughout 3-4 articles. It is based on my own/statistically justified way of looking at players. The new skewing system renders some of these players on this list useless, but I went by the current attributes.
QB top 3
Jamal Castille
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 191lbs
Age: 22
College: Miami
He is the most ready QB in the draft class. I don't rate THP too highly, only from a longevity point of view. With several TC visits, you can eventually push that up well above 90. His 70 WR makes him super likable paired with the amazing 97 THA. He might be short for you if you like tall QBs like me as he is only 6'0".

Kofi Odenigbo
Height: 6'1"

Superb arm strength with 95 THP. His AWR is 63, and his THA is 80 so there is a lot of space for improvements, but his arm will keep him as a starting QB well into his 30s. He is 23 already so keep that in mind.

Hunter Leo
Height: 6'2"

He is a scrambler. He still needs to be in the Top 3 because the rest of the QBs are either scramblers as well or worse than him. Both of his arm reletaed attributes are over 90 with THP being 91 and THA 93. He is one of the smartest QBs in the draft, his AWR is 66.

WR top 3
I will never EVER suggest anyone to draft a WR below 6'0". If you like them, enjoy them, but for me, it's a nono. This WR draft class is interesting. There is not a player where I don't see something missing. You need to make a lot of compromises, but you can find good ones.
Gio Fallin
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 213lbs
Age: 21
College: Miss. State
He is by far the best WR in the class. I think you guys know by now, since I said it in the Draft Radio Show that I rate the SPD the most for a WR. He is 6'4" with 93 SPD. REALLY solid. He is ready to play, 84 CTH, so you only need to take care of the AWR which is 56 at the moment.

Rashad Calmelat
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 216lbs

College: Missouri
HUGE dropoff from Fallin, with a lot to develop, really raw. The positives are that he is tall and has 93 SPD. With 6'5" and that speed he can cause mayhem, IF he can catch the ball, because 65 CTH is really low.

Montrel Blades

Can't recommend him in the first round under 90 SPD and with 80 AGI. His SPD is 86, with some luck he can be a solid pickup 2nd-3rd round.
