Three groups will handle the majority of the workload surrounding the league file and website maintenance: the Executive Committee, the Broadcast Committee, and the Trade Committee. Each will have a chairman. Both the chair of the Broadcast Committee and the Trade Committee will serve on the Executive Committee.
Executive Committee: Consisting of 5 tenured Madden League members, this group will be responsible for identifying necessary changes to league rules. These changes can be identified by all league members. All changes will be discussed publicly before being put into place. The committee will review public discourse and vote as they feel is best based on the league. This is due to the inability of 32 individuals to unanimously agree in most settings.
Additionally, the Executive Committee will monitor and review league behavior. Suspension and removal from the league will be handled by this committee, if needed.
Broadcast Committee: Responsible for scheduling and playing assigned GGA games on a weekly in-game basis. Members of this committee are responsible for ensuring reasonable requests for assigned games are accommodated. Members of the committee will be allowed to broadcast their own games unless it is a playoff game. Playoff games will be run by GMs assigned by the Broadcast Committee Chairman and the Executive Committee.
Trade Committee: Responsible for evaluation of all trades submitted to the league. While trades do not have to be completely balanced, the trade committee will ensure that a team is not receiving an extremely distinct advantage due to the contents of any trade. All trades submitted during the draft will be reviewed by an Executive Committee member if the Trade Committee is not available.
